What you will do as a Die Cast Setup Operator:

What you will do as a Die Cast Setup Operator:
- Ensure part quality is in accordance with inspection report
- Perform complete set up of die cast machines and trim presses
- Monitor and document all aspects of set up to minimize production down-time
- Accurately complete reports and all necessary paperwork
- Utilizes the 5-S principles (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain) to maintain an orderly, clean and safe work area
- Participate in CIP events to improve the safety, quality, and efficiencies of our current processes and procedures
- Support and positively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Forklift and crane operator certifications
- Ability to use hand tools and air powered tools, etc.
- Ability to follow work instructions
- Must be detail oriented, with the ability to recognize defects and non-conformities
