Schedule: 2nd shift | Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM–2:00 AM

What You’ll Do as a Coating Operator:
- Inspect boards and panels under a microscope to ensure proper coating coverage
- Perform coating touch-ups using microscopes and precision hand tools
- Use pliers, cutters, and small hand tools during board assembly processes
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Enter basic production data into a computer system
- Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager
What You Need to Bring to the Coating Operator Role:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General knowledge of electronic components
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Basic computer skills for data entry
- Willingness to cross-train into other positions as needed
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand English
- IPC A 610 training preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Entry-level candidates welcome
