Job Description
What you’ll do as a Clerk:
- Compile documents on incoming and outgoing shipments to expedite removal or delivery of product from distribution centers
- Prepare Bill of Ladings for shipping charges
- Communicate with Dock Coordinators to determine which dock door to send trucker to
- Answer phone calls, assist with directions to facility, and other customer service items as needed
- Complete reports as needed per customer requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Knowledge working in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and use of customer portals
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of computer, writing, and filing required
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, customers, and visitors
