What You’ll Do as a Cable Assembler:
- Read, comprehend, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to operate equipment and manufacture products
- Maintain and operate hand tools for equipment setup and operation
- Perform required quality control checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Complete assigned projects and duties as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Cable Assembler Role:
- High school diploma
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds intermittently (with or without reasonable accommodations)
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend plant directives in English
- Basic math skills for interpreting process sheets and SOP manuals
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment physical and drug test
