In this role, you’ll operate CNC milling, turning, drilling, and saw machines to produce high quality parts while supporting both production and prototype work. What You’ll Do as an CNC Operator:
- Set up and operate CNC machines for drilling, milling, turning, deburring, and sawing
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications
- Load raw materials and components into machines
- Run test cycles to verify machine accuracy and part quality
- Monitor machines during operation and make adjustments for optimal results
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet required specifications
- Perform machine checks and basic maintenance
- Follow company Core Values in all daily work
- Maintain safety, quality, and accuracy throughout production cycles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams when needed
- Lift up to 75 lbs. as needed
What You Need to Bring to the CNC Operator Role:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, tape measures, and thread gauges
- Strong mechanical aptitude and solid math skills
- Close attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and results
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and perform physical machining tasks
- Reliable transportation to the McGregor, MN facility
- Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings
