What You'll Do as a CNC Machinist:
- Set up, operate, edit, and program CNC equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Inspect machined parts to ensure specifications and quality standards are met
- Select tooling, fixtures, feeds, and speeds for machining operations
- Monitor tool life and make machine adjustments as needed
- Create and maintain process documentation
- Train and support operators on machining procedures and best practices
What You Need to Bring to the CNC Machinist Role:
- Associate degree in Machine Tool Technology or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of two years of CNC machining and programming experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- CNC programming, troubleshooting, and machining experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
