What You’ll Do as a CNC Machinist:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment following approved processes
- Perform offsets, tool changes, and program adjustments
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints per GD&T standards
- Inspect parts and analyze data to maintain quality standards
- Recommend process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
What You Need to Bring to the CNC Machinist Role:
- 3–5 years of machining experience preferred; training in precision machining helpful
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Reliable transportation to Minneapolis or Monticello
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening as required
