- Set up, operate, and tear down CNC and dedicated equipment using approved processes
- Troubleshoot equipment, programs, and tooling issues to minimize downtime
- Edit and adjust CNC programs, offsets, and tool changes in collaboration with Engineering
- Read and interpret prints, SPC data, CMM results, and GD&T specifications
- Support process improvements, DOEs, and new project development
- Perform daily production work to ensure parts meet quality and accuracy standards
- Provide leadership and direction when the supervisor is unavailable
- 3–5 years of CNC machining experience in a machine shop or similar environment
- Strong skills in CNC setup, troubleshooting, and program editing
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
- Experience analyzing inspection data (CMM, SPC, process studies)
- Vocational or technical training in precision machining preferred
- Ability to work independently and support team goals
- Reliable transportation to the Minneapolis facility
