Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

What You'll Do as a CNC Operator:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machinery to manufacture aluminum components
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and production specifications
- Load raw materials and parts into machines and perform test runs before production
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and tolerances
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools
- Perform tool wear offsets, change inserts, and troubleshoot minor machine issues
- Complete production documentation and report maintenance concerns as needed
What You Need to Bring to the CNC Operator:
- Previous CNC machine operation and programming experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Strong math skills, including fractions, percentages, geometry, and basic trigonometry
- Experience using precision measuring tools and maintaining quality standards
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout a 10-hour shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds as needed
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CNC programming software
- Forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to safety
- Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively in a production environment
