Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring CNC Laser Operators for a metal fabrication environment in Fargo, ND. In this role, you’ll work with CNC and laser machinery to support high‑quality production for a well‑established manufacturer. If you enjoy hands-on machine operation, staying active throughout the day, and working in a clean, organized environment, this could be a great long-term opportunity.What You’ll Do as a CNC Laser Operator:
- Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic metal fabrication equipment
- Set up and run CNC laser equipment per production requirements
- Perform and document production tasks using an MRP system
- Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery
- Inspect parts for quality and complete associated documentation
- Shear and punch aluminum materials
- Maintain a clean and orderly Sign Shop and work lot
- Organize, track, and assist with quarterly inventory
- Ability to stand for long periods during a full shift
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to walk, sit, reach, climb stairs/ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed
- CNC, setup, or laser machinery experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality procedures
- Reliable transportation to the Fargo, ND worksite
