About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Bundler workers for a manufacturing environment in Fergus Falls, MN. In this role, you’ll help prepare finished product for shipment and support smooth production flow. If you enjoy hands-on, active work and want a stable job with weekly pay, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do as a Bundler:
- Bundle finished product and move materials to the yard for shipping
- Operate a forklift and pallet jack safely
- Wrap and prepare parts for shipment
- Measure, cut, and handle parts using a tape measure
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow all safety procedures
- Inspect inventory levels and assist with expediting orders and verifying supplies
- Complete documentation, quality forms, and production reporting
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and frequently carry up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, and work in a production environment for a 10 hour shift
- Ability to operate or learn to operate a pallet jack and forklift
- Detail-oriented with clear, effective communication skills
- Basic ability to read measurements and follow written procedures
- Reliable transportation to Fergus Falls
- Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings
