What You’ll Do as a Blending Supervisor:
- Manage and direct warehouse and production teams to meet company goals
- Implement new production line initiatives, including technology and process changes
- Develop and improve SOPs for warehousing and production processes
- Conduct training for leads, coordinators, and clerks on inventory and safety procedures
- Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of supplies and products
- Assist with FIFO inventory system setup and maintenance
- Recommend and initiate personnel actions such as hiring, evaluations, and promotions
- Ensure compliance with GMPs, safety protocols, and audit requirements
- Communicate effectively across shifts and departments
- Act as liaison for customer and vendor visits
What You Need to Bring to the Blending Supervisor Role:
- 1–2 years of experience in warehousing or transportation preferred
- Previous leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments
- Strong communication skills with all levels of employees, vendors, and customers
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
- Reliable attendance and ability to manage multiple priorities
