Location: Klingerstown, PA
Compensation: $43.27-$45.67 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: Full-time | Onsite
About the Opportunity
Hiring an HR Manager for a high volume production company in a contract to hire role. In this onsite leadership role, you’ll partner closely with plant leadership to drive positive employee relations, strengthen workplace culture, support organizational change, and execute HR strategies that align with plant and company goals. This is an excellent opportunity to make an impact at a well established, growing facility in Klingerstown, PA.
What You’ll Do as an HR Manager:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support positive employee relations and improve workplace satisfaction
- Lead and coach the HR team to support plant-wide initiatives, policy administration, and day-to-day needs
- Provide guidance, counseling, and conflict resolution between employees and leadership, ensuring fair and consistent policy interpretation
- Build and execute a recruitment strategy aligned with company-wide hiring goals
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to design, evaluate, and implement employee development programs
- Audit employee records for accuracy and authorize changes as necessary
- Participate in company-wide HR initiatives and lead facility-level projects
- Support culture-building efforts and ensure alignment with organizational values
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws
- Ability to work effectively with diverse employee populations and build strong relationships at all levels
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Master’s Degree
- Experience with HR systems, payroll, and timekeeping platforms
- Ability to speak Spanish
- Previous experience supporting facilities that have undergone mergers or acquisitions
