What You’ll Do as a Baler Operator:
- Operate baling equipment to process recyclable materials
- Assist maintenance personnel with basic repairs and upkeep tasks
- Clean and maintain the MRF system to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues
- Perform general warehouse and facility cleaning duties
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain workflow and safety
What You Need to Bring to the Baler Operator Role:
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for 8–10 hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Previous warehouse, maintenance, or equipment experience preferred
- Comfortable working in an industrial or recycling environment
- Ability to follow safety procedures and basic work instructions
- Reliable transportation to the Alexandria area
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required
