Weekend Assistant Supervisor
Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (36 hours worked, paid for 40)
Pay: $30/hour
We are seeking a Weekend Assistant Material Supervisor to support operations across the Materials and Fabrication departments. This role is responsible for overseeing weekend production flow, coordinating materials activity, and leading a team of approximately 4–10 employees.

We are seeking a Weekend Assistant Material Supervisor to support operations across the Materials and Fabrication departments. This role is responsible for overseeing weekend production flow, coordinating materials activity, and leading a team of approximately 4–10 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise weekend operations across materials and fabrication
- Lead, support, and direct a team of material handlers, coordinators, and fabrication employees
- Consult with shift supervisor and oversee scheduling, staffing, and production needs
- Observe areas for reduction of waste and cost
- Oversee material handling activities including forklift operation, picking, and staging
- Ensure accurate tracking of materials and inventory within the ERP system
- Coordinate workflow to meet production needs and deadlines
- Monitor safety, quality, and efficiency standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for weekend operations with minimal supervision
- Provide hands-on support as needed across departments
- Experience in manufacturing in a material handler or equivalent role
- Prior leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience
- Ability to work independently and manage operations with limited oversight
- Experience with ERP or inventory tracking systems
- Manufacturing or fabrication environment experience preferred
