What You'll Do as a Assembler:
- Build and assemble products using hand tools and detailed work instructions
- Read blueprints and follow measurements to ensure quality standards are met
- Support production activities including assembly, fabrication, and finishing
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Complete job tracking documentation and follow quality procedures
- Learn manufacturing materials, processes, and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to keep production moving efficiently
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:
- 1+ year of manufacturing or hands-on work experience preferred
- Ability to use hand tools, tape measures, and read blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn new tasks and cross-train in different areas
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels
- Must wear safety glasses and other required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work around frequent interruptions and distractions while maintaining quality standards
