What You'll Do as a Assembler:
- Assemble plastic totes according to production requirements
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain accurate product counts throughout the shift
- Follow workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Keep work areas organized and support production goals
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:
- No experience required; entry-level candidates welcome
- Ability to stay focused and meet production quotas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to communicate in English
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Reliable transportation to the Hibbing area
- Ability to follow basic work instructions and safety procedures
