What You’ll Do as an Assembler:
- Interpret work orders, production routers, BOMs, and product manuals
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components
- Operate equipment used for printed circuit board assembly
- Manually position and align components using jigs, fixtures, or other tools
- Perform go/no‑go testing and quality checks
- Complete intermediate tasks such as potting, bonding, cleaning, and coating
- Operate terminal crimping, wire stripping, braiding, and stamping equipment
- Box and label products according to standards
- Participate in team huddles, group work, and one‑on‑one communication
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:
- Knowledge of ESD handling procedures
- Basic computer skills
- Mechanical aptitude and fine motor skills
- Ability to comply with ISO9001 requirements
- Ability to use hand tools (screwdrivers, measuring tools, wrenches, crimping devices)
- Willingness to complete a pre‑employment background check and drug test
