What You’ll Do as an Assembler:
- Assemble component parts into completed units following blueprints and work instructions
- Perform visual inspections and measurements using gauges, tape measures, calipers, and fixtures
- Maintain production, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Make minor adjustments or repairs to equipment with supervision
- Use hand tools to complete a variety of assembly and production tasks
- Keep tools properly stored and maintain a clean, organized workstation
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:
- High school diploma or GED
- 0–2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and blueprints
- Experience using hand tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance and transportation to Thief River Falls, MN
