What You'll Do as a Assembler:
- Assemble products using blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Operate hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively
- Test, inspect, and package finished products according to quality standards
- Follow standard work procedures, training guides, build boards, and Kanban requirements
- Report material, product, or equipment defects and inconsistencies
- Support company quality and safety objectives
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:
- High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and written work instructions
- Basic computer skills, including Windows, email, and internet use
- Strong communication, math, reading, and spelling skills
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, grip, and perform detailed visual inspections
