Schedule: 2nd shift | Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM–2:30 AM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-time

In this role, you’ll help assemble electronic components and circuit boards used in finished products while working with precision hand tools and assembly equipment. What You’ll Do as an Assembler:
- Perform general assembly tasks including labeling, taping, masking, coating, and component assembly
- Cut board assemblies from panels using side cutters or depanelizing equipment
- Use pliers, cutters, and other small hand tools during board assembly
- Assemble circuit boards into finished products
- Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General knowledge of electronic components
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to cross-train into other positions as needed
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand English
- Prior soldering experience preferred but not required
- IPC‑A‑610 training preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Entry-level candidates welcome
