What You'll Do as an Assembler:
- Assemble components and finished products using hand, power, and air tools
- Follow manufacturing orders, blueprints, and written or verbal instructions accurately
- Verify correct parts, materials, and hardware before and during assembly
- Use measuring tools to ensure proper fit, alignment, and product accuracy
- Perform visual inspections to confirm products meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift
- Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and production guidelines
- Support other departments and perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required
- Ability to learn tools, processes, and quality standards through on-the-job training
- Ability to read and follow instructions, blueprints, and manufacturing documentation
- Ability to safely work in a production/manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 75 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, squat, and perform physical tasks as needed #WEjobhunt
