What You'll Do as an Assembler:
- Perform basic assembly tasks to meet required production quality and efficiency standards
- Read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and technical documentation to complete assembly operations accurately
- Assemble, crimp, and prepare components using defined processes and materials per customer specifications
- Operate hand tools, equipment, and machinery to complete assembly tasks
- Use adhesives, clean parts, and perform finishing steps as required by work instructions
- Maintain accurate assembly records and complete required documentation in a timely manner
- Follow all quality and safety procedures while supporting department performance goals
- Participate in training, continuous improvement efforts, and support process updates as needed
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Basic experience using computers or electronic systems
- Manual dexterity and ability to work with small components or repetitive tasks
- Ability to use hand tools and assembly equipment (preferred)
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations #IndeedNorth
