Compensation: $18.00–$25.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

In this role, you’ll support production by fabricating and finishing stainless-steel components in a hands-on shop environment. What You’ll Do as an Assembler:
- Deburr, sand, grind, drill, and buff stainless-steel components using power tools
- Cut materials to size using a Komatsu saw and other shop equipment
- Perform fabrication and assist with welding per blueprints and customer specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed
- Operate sandblasting and boxing/packaging machinery safely
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures
- Assist with material handling and general production tasks as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:
- Previous experience in metal fabrication or a manufacturing environment preferred
- Comfortable using power and hand tools (grinders, drills, sanders, etc.)
- Welding experience (TIG/MIG preferred) or ability to follow weld specifications
- Ability to operate a Komatsu saw or willingness to learn
- Sandblasting experience is a plus
- Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts and lift 40+ pounds occasionally (with or without reasonable accommodations)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is a plus
