What You’ll Do as an Accounting & Administrative Clerk:
- Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, payment processing, and account maintenance
- Process deposits, shipments, customer payments, credits, and RMAs (Return Material Authorizations)
- Monitor aging reports and issue account statements
- Process website orders, credit card payments, and customer refunds
- Collaborate with Sales, Shipping, and Production teams to ensure accurate order processing
- Provide customer service support, including answering phones and greeting visitors
- Maintain accurate accounting records and perform general administrative duties
What You Need to Bring to the Accounting & Administrative Clerk Role:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP/CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and bending
