What You’ll Do as a Trim Press Operator:
- Perform quality checks and accurately document results
- Report non-conforming parts or dimensional issues to a supervisor
- Follow all work instructions, procedures, and job documentation
- Operate trim press equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain inspection records and production documentation
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
What You Need to Bring to the Trim Press Operator Role:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to understand and follow work instructions and basic ISO standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for a full shift and perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable transportation to the Alexandria area
- Entry-level candidates welcome; manufacturing experience is a plus
