Schedule: 2nd shift | Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

What You’ll Do as a Cycle Count Team Member:
- Perform cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain and update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages, overages, and issues to management
- Support receiving, stocking, and shipping to ensure proper inventory tracking
- Assist with physical inventory counts and annual audit preparation
- Analyze inventory data and recommend process improvements
What You Need to Bring to the Cycle Count Team Member:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred (cycle counting a plus)
- Basic computer skills; WMS experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
