- Assemble parts and products according to written instructions
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and related equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Support general labor functions including packaging, material handling, and inventory tasks
- Follow all safety policies and company guidelines
What You Need to Bring to the General Laborer / Assembler Role:
- Previous assembly or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to stand for the full shift and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Dependability and solid teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to Maple Plain, MN
