What You’ll Do as a Metal Stamping Machine Operator:
- Operate assembly equipment to meet production requirements
- Follow and perform periodic product inspection instructions
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain optimal machine operating speeds
- Complete daily production reporting
- Perform daily autonomous maintenance procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement teams
- Maintain 5S standards
What You Need to Bring to the Metal Stamping Machine Operator Role:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to operate production assembly equipment
- Knowledge of basic inspection tools (caliper, micrometer, gage blocks)
- Basic math skills (addition and multiplication)
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary
- Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members in a diverse workforce
