What You’ll Do as an Assembler:
- Build high-quality products while following operating policies, procedures, and standard work
- Weld, solder, and work with small parts, a microscope, and occasionally chemicals
- Support Continuous Improvement (CI) culture by suggesting process improvements
- Crosstrain in other areas and product families
- Complete paperwork and enter information about materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods accurately
- Identify and report quality issues immediately to ensure only good product ships to customers
- Use tools, materials, and equipment according to safety and operational principles
What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and speak English at an 8th-grade level or higher
- Ability to pass an eye exam (with or without correction) for Near and Color Vision requirements
- Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings #Metrojobs
