Compensation: $20.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 2nd shift | Monday–Thursday | 3:30 PM–2:00 AM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-time

What You’ll Do as a Loadbanks Assembler:
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components to print and customer specifications
- Lay out, mount, and wire devices on load bank assemblies
- Read and follow bills of material, work instructions, and wiring schematics
- Perform OHM testing and in-process quality checks
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Support continuous improvement and assist with other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and visually inspect finished products
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform frequent lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds unassisted
- Good hand dexterity and grip strength
- Proficient use of hand and power tools
- Experience reading electrical schematics preferred
- One year of wiring or electrical assembly experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to Faribault, MN
- Entry-level candidates welcome with mechanical aptitude
