Seeking a new opportunity in Rogers? Don’t miss this role! Doherty Staffing is partnering with a premier metal fabrication company in Rogers, MN. We are looking for candidates for Machine Operator roles on the 1st shift (6am-2:30pm Mon thru Thurs). Compensation for this opportunity is between $20.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience. What the Machine Operator will do: 
- Generate flat panel programs for CNC manufacturing from shop drawings using CAD software and Excel spreadsheets
- Operate different equipment such as Panel Saws, LAMs, and Routers
- Generate assembly drawings as necessary to successfully communicate intentions and directions to production
- Generate fab tickets for all brake metal work
- Coordinate and instruct production on any special packaging or shipping instructions
- Revise shop drawings, if necessary, with any changes occurring during the programming process
- Release complete and accurate production release packets to production
What you need to be a Machine Operator: 
- Must have at least 6 months experience operating fabrication machinery such as routers, panel saws, welders, or similar equipment within the last 6 months
- Must have mechanical aptitude and experince working with power tools
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Must have ability to follow written blueprint instructions or process sheets
- Must have written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must be able to work overtime on Friday's as needed
- Must have history of good attendance
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds on occasion with or without reasonable accommodations
