What you will do as a Final Assembler:

What you will do as a Final Assembler:
- Conduct final quality checks to ensure that products have been completed to company quality and safety standards
- Install finished panels and ensure that all hardware is correctly installed and secured
- Perform thorough cleanup of assembled units to remove any debris, dust, or residues
- Complete Epicor transactions to finalize the assembly process and verify that all materials are issued accurately
- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, technical drawings, and blueprints
- Basic math skills and ability to use a tape measure; mechanical/electrical assembly knowledge preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) for work orders, inventory, and transactions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with frequent standing, bending, and reaching
- Strong attention to accuracy, timeliness, and safe work practices, including PPE compliance (eye, hand, foot, and hearing protection)
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to collaborate, troubleshoot, and solve problems effectively
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English and pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
