What the Wet Process Operator will do:
- Execute tasks according to detailed work instructions (DWI), ensuring precision and accuracy in every step
- Achieve and exceed production targets through efficient workflow management and task prioritization
- Conduct thorough equipment inspections before operation, identifying and resolving any potential issues to maintain optimal functionality
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures
- Perform chemical analyses with precision and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in measurements and data recording
- Prioritize safety protocols and adhere to regulatory guidelines to minimize risks and prevent accidents or incidents
- Conduct preventive maintenance (P.M.) on equipment according to schedule
- Manage inventory levels effectively, tracking supplies and materials to support uninterrupted production processes
- Highschool diploma; GED required
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug and cognitive test
