What a Welder will do:
- Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints to assemble beams, platforms, and other structures
- Build components and structures accurately based on provided specifications and prints
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks with a strong focus on quality and precision
- Utilize MIG welding techniques to complete projects efficiently (other welding methods may be used as needed)
- Inspect and measure completed workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with company safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Previous MIG/TIG welding experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures #NEjobhunt
