Job Description
Bring your welding skills to this industry-leading team in St. Cloud! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with an area manufacturing company for opportunities in their St. Cloud, MN facility. We are seeking candidates for Welder roles on the 2nd shift. Compensation for these opportunities is $26.02 per hour, plus a $1.75 shift differential. Interested? Read below!
What you will do as a Welder:

- Effectively and safely complete daily activities in the weld shop
- Perform work allocated to production standards
- Work from process sheets and blueprints
- Work within close tolerance and maintain high-quality welds
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve weld issues
- Welding diploma from Technical College or 2 years of welding experience
- Knowledge of all types of wire feed or MIG welding procedures
- Experience working with blueprints
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Ability to work well as a team
- Ability to train on the 1st shift for first 2–3 months #StCloudJobs
