What you will do as a MIG Welder
- Work from process sheets and blueprints
- Work within close tolerance and maintain high-quality welds
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve weld issues
- Be responsible for effective and safe daily activities on the weld shop floor
- Effectively and safely complete daily activities in the weld shop
- Perform work allocated to production standards
What you’ll need to be a MIG Welder:
- Willing to train on 1st shift for 4-6 weeks, then switch to the 2nd shift
- Welding diploma from Technical College or 2 years of welding experience
- Experience working with blueprints
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Thorough knowledge of all types of wire feed or MIG welding procedures
- Ability to work as a team #worknow
