What you’ll do as a Welder:
- Weld aluminum parts together using gas and arc welding
- Position and clamp together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding
- Conduct quality control inspection of welds
- Follow safety policies, procedures, rules, and safe work methods
- Make safety suggestions to support continuous improvements in safety
What you need to be a Welder:
- Prior welding and forklift experience or certification
- Strong attention to detail and quality of welds
- Excellent team player with a positive attitude
- Great work history
- Ability to read a tape measure and work orders
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations
