Job Description
Are you ready to take your manufacturing career to the next level? Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Big Lake, MN. We are seeking candidates for TIG Welder roles on the 1st shift, 6:00 am-2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. What a TIG Welder will do:
- Weld high-performance tubes
- Follow work orders, manifests, and production reports
- Collaborate with team members to complete welding jobs
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Previous MIG/TIG welding experience
- Willingness to submit to a background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds
- Ability to walk/stand up to 8 hours per day
- Willingness to work in team environment
