What a Warehouse Worker will do:
- Operate forklift to move materials and products within the department
- Load and unload trucks at shipping and receiving docs
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and purchase order information against packing slips
- Work in a safe manner, following all safety rules and regulations
- Accurately complete paperwork for production records
- Cycle count inventory and research problems
- Process all shipments and receipts
- Pick boxed material from the warehouse
- Print bar code label to identify the product
- Audit warehouse inventory discrepancies conclude the most probable cause of errors and prepare report
- Key all warehouse inventory adjustments
- Ability to operate electric stand-up/sit-down forklifts and overhead cranes in a warehouse environment
- Ability to read and understand routings, work orders, manifests, and production reports
- Ability to count accurately
- Capable of taking instructions and working with little supervision
- Proficient in EPICOR computer software
