What you’ll do as a Warehouse Supervisor:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
- Supervise loading/unloading of stock and deliveries.
- Assign tasks and manage warehouse staff.
- Hire, train, and develop warehouse staff.
- Ensure compliance with food safety processes.
- Conduct investigations and root cause analysis.
- Promote a positive food safety culture.
- Assist in accident/incident investigations
- High school diploma or GED; 2-4 years of related experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Datex, and Paychex Flex
- Valid driver’s license and forklift certification preferred
- Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands
