What you’ll do as a Warehouse Assistant:
- Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move pallets of seed
- Stage and organize product according to company standards
- Perform routine inspections of forklift equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed
- Previous forklift experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Team player with a positive attitude
