Job Description
Looking for a day shift job near Fargo, ND? Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Abercrombie, ND. We are seeking candidates for Truss Assembler roles on 1st shift (6:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday). Transportation to Abercrombie can be provided from the Fargo, ND office, if needed. Compensation for these contract opportunities is $23.00 per hour.

What you'll do as the Truss Assembler:
- Read and interpret orders and production schedules
- Gather metal plates
- Setup and operate presses, nail guns, and other equipment
- Place cut material and plates per specification
- Connect plates with the use of hammer and/or press
- Wear required PPE, including boots, safety glasses, ear plugs, and specialty gloves
What you need to be a Truss Assembler:
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, lift above shoulder, reach, squat and kneel with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be dependable and reliable
