What a Truck Loader will do:

What a Truck Loader will do:
- Load trailers with products for accurate and on-time deliveries
- Follow written or verbal instructions to determine correct loading assignments
- Use established loading processes to prevent product damage and ensure integrity
- Secure product in trailers according to company procedures
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and prime movers safely
- Drive and maneuver semi-trucks to connect trailers and align with docks
- Adhere to operational and safety standards while performing job duties
- Maintain respectful and professional communication with team members and supervisors
- Perform additional duties as assigned by warehouse leadership
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely with warehouse equipment
- Must be eligible for forklift certification
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide basic numbers
- Able to lift up to 15 lbs. constantly, 25 lbs. frequently, 40 lbs. occasionally, and 50 lbs. rarely
- Lift same weight ranges overhead and from pallet to waist
- Ability to walk, stand, climb, bend, push, pull, kneel, and balance for extended periods
- Vision abilities must include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception, plus ability to adjust focus
- Work environment may include exposure to moving parts, outdoor elements, and moderate noise levels
