What you'll do as a Truck Loader:
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, rules, and safe work methods while making suggestions to support continuous improvements in safety
- Load finished product to be shipped to customers and vendors
- Unload materials to be made into a finished product
- Package finalized product by palletizing, stacking, bundling, packing gaylord boxes, and crate building
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Contribute to a continuous improvement culture
- Forklift certification
- Must be detail-oriented with effective time management skills
- Ability to read and properly interpret a tape measure
- Ability to work cooperatively with others to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Willingness to work as a general laborer and assist where needed
- Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
