What you'll do as a Truck Loader:
- Strictly follow safety policies, procedures, rules, and safe work methods, along with making safety suggestions to support continuous improvements in safety
- Maintain quality control
- Load finish products to be shipped to customers and vendors
- Operate forklift to safely unload materials to be made into the finished product
- Final packaging duties
- Work towards gaining familiarity with product lines and loading methods such as when to use stacks of product, bundles, pallets, crates, or boxes
What you need to be a Truck Loader:
- Forklift certification
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented with effective time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
