What you’ll do as a Trimmer:

What you’ll do as a Trimmer:
- Use a microscope to inspect and process parts 100% of the time
- Work with a high degree of accuracy and close tolerance inspection
- Read, comprehend, and perform duties outlined in work instructions
- Communicate effectively with team regarding part quality
- Use software tools for data collection.
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience in thermoplastic or silicone molding is preferred
- Technical aptitude and fine motor skills in hands/wrist
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Clean room component or device level manufacturing experience
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to learn and use a microscope
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English.
- Ability to effectively utilize software tools to enter data.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- History of regular and reliable attendance is critical
