Job Description
Tired of working on the off shift? Now's your chance to make the move into a first-shift role! We are seeking a skilled Test Technician to be responsible for the overall adjustments of our finished products. Hours are Monday- Friday (7am-3:30pm) with a competitive pay rate of up to $25-$40 an hour. Join our dynamic team located in Faribault, MN to grow our new production line!

What you will do:
- Conduct mechanical testing on the components and systems
- Gather information for structural analysis, design, and validation purposes by testing with current procedures.
- Assist in resolving equipment malfunctions and resolutions with assembly and engineering departments
- Perform general inspection of the unit after completion
- Review drawings and electrical standards to perform tasks
What you will need:
- 2+ years of electrical or quality exposure, willing to meet with quality engineers and electricians!
- Background in a manufacturing environment is preferred or on-the job electrical exposure
- Experience with technical tools (multimeter, oscilloscope) and data analysis
- Knowledge of schematics and technical skills with electronics is preferred.
