Join our client’s team as a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator and become a key player in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service. Compensation for this opportunity is $31-36 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
Position OverviewAs a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting supply chain services through data analysis, cost reduction initiatives, inventory planning, and fostering strong relationships with internal and global partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee all import/export logistics, including sales and purchase order processing, customs documentation, and collaboration with brokers and freight services.
- Demand & Supply Planning: Gather and analyze data to assist in planning processes.
- Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain records for product availability, transportation, inventory control, and end-of-month reporting. Provide actionable insights through detailed reports.
- ERP Management: Develop and maintain ERP processes and records specific to supply chain functions.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner across departments to address troubleshooting, dispute resolution, and AR/AP documentation.
- Customer Service: Work with global and internal teams to address inventory inquiries, including product availability and supply issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in supply chain, S&OP, or international logistics roles; 4+ years of ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
