What a Soft Bait Technician will do:
What a Soft Bait Technician will do:
- Operate molding machines for continuous operation
- Perform set-up operations
- Make routine adjustments
- Perform preventive maintenance and make minor repairs
- Work at different workstations as production requires
- Check for quality and remove poor quality from the runner
- Maintain production records and worksheets
- Perform product and equipment testing
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean techniques
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6+ months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Ability to apply common sense and to understand and carryout detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers and to multiply and divide
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations #WEjobhunt
